计算机应用型人才培养中本科生导师制探索

摘要

Tutorial system is a kind of effective personnel training mode.In order to train the application type talents of computer specialty, we develop the service condition, job responsibility, appointment and the examination of the supervisor, implementing the tutor system in the undergraduates. Tutors guide students' living, learning, planning professional learning direction, guide stu-dents to take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools, practice, obtain employment.The implementation of the tutorial system is conducive to the communication between teachers and students, improves students' practice, scientific research ability and students' employment.%导师制是一种有效的人才培养模式.为培养计算机专业应用型人才,制定导师的任职条件、工作职责、聘任和考核,在本科生中施行导师制.导师指导学生的生活、学习,规划专业学习方向,引导学生考研、实习、就业.导师制的实施有利于师生间的沟通,提高学生实践、科研能力和学生就业.
