低功耗电流模有源复数滤波器设计

     

摘要

针对多协议多模式软件无线电收发机,研究并设计了一种低功耗的有源信道选择滤波器电路。通过具体分析互逆网络原理,基于低压全平衡电流传输器,实现三阶切比雪夫电流模复数滤波器电路。利用Cadence仿真软件和中芯国际0.18um CMOS工艺,对电路进行仿真和调试。仿真结果表明,滤波器中频频率为2MHz,信号带宽频率为1.56MHz,增益为0dB,在带外-2MHz处能够达到约40db的抑制比。%Research and design a lower power active channel selection filter for multi-protocol and multi-standard SDR transceiv-er. Based on detail analytical description of reciprocal network theory, the novel 3rd-order current mode Chebyshev complex fil-ter is proposed with lower voltage fully balanced current conveyor II. Filter performed simulation with Cadence using 0.18 SMIC CMOS technology. The simulation results show that filter has center frequency and pass-band of 1MHz and 1.56MHz, re-spectively, filter provides pass-band gain of 0dB and achieves a rejection of the out band of 40dB at-2MHz.
