    • 摘要: 针对典型蔡氏电路参数变化范围小及普通运放不适用于高频电路的缺点,采用了利用电流传输器设计四阶蔡氏混沌电路的方法。对典型蔡氏电路进行变形,得到一种四阶蔡氏电路.用电流传输器实现了四阶蔡氏电路的非线性电阻和仿真电感,扩大参数调节范围的同时提高了电路的工作频率与稳定性.设计了一个保密通信电路,实现了对信息信号的保密.用PSPICE软件对电路进行仿真,证明了该方法的可行性。

    • 摘要: 本文探讨了一种基于电流模技术的小电阻变量测量电路,该电路由电流传输器和运算放大器构成.其设计方案降低了电桥电路的复杂性,输出信号是传统桥式电路的四倍,能适用于多个传感器的检测而不需增加额外电路.实现了利用电流模技术设计的电流传输器对传统电阻桥电路的改进.设计的电路结构简单、 精度高、 功耗低,在电子测量、 仪器仪表等实际应用中具有推广和使用价值.

    • 摘要: 针对多协议多模式软件无线电收发机,研究并设计了一种低功耗的有源信道选择滤波器电路。通过具体分析互逆网络原理,基于低压全平衡电流传输器,实现三阶切比雪夫电流模复数滤波器电路。利用Cadence仿真软件和中芯国际0.18um CMOS工艺,对电路进行仿真和调试。仿真结果表明,滤波器中频频率为2MHz,信号带宽频率为1.56MHz,增益为0dB,在带外-2MHz处能够达到约40db的抑制比。%Research and design a lower power active channel selection filter for multi-protocol and multi-standard SDR transceiv-er. Based on detail analytical description of reciprocal network theory, the novel 3rd-order current mode Chebyshev complex fil-ter is proposed with lower voltage fully balanced current conveyor II. Filter performed simulation with Cadence using 0.18 SMIC CMOS technology. The simulation results show that filter has center frequency and pass-band of 1MHz and 1.56MHz, re-spectively, filter provides pass-band gain of 0dB and achieves a rejection of the out band of 40dB at-2MHz.

    • 摘要: Two configurations for second order bandpass filters with current transfers are introduced.The circuits, which exhibit reduced values for the active and passive insensitivities.only use four passive components and necessitate two current conveyors. When the passive parameters determined,there is no impact of active parameters on the pole frequency w0 , the w0 maintain a constant.HSPICE simulated results,which confirm the theoretical analysis,are given and discussed for current conveyors imvlemented in a translinear form.%本文对第一代电流传输器和第二代电流传输器的实现原理以基本实现电路进行了详细的对比研究。介绍了一种二阶带通滤波器设计方法,只使用4个无源元件和两个电流传输器,不仅无源和有源灵敏度都很低,而且当无源参数确定后,有源参数对极点频率不产生影响,保持恒定。HSPICE仿真结果证实了理论分析的正确性,所提出的电路是可行的。

    • 摘要: 介绍了一款针对散裂中子源通用粉末衍射谱仪的读出电子学系统[1]所设计的ASIC芯片MPR2。该芯片包含模拟和数字两个部分。模拟部分集成了64通道,是对针对MAPMT设计的芯片MAPMTROC[2]的升级。每个通道包含基于电流传输器的前置放大器、RC积分电路、CR-RC积分成形电路以及比较器等部分,分别实现增益调节、积分、积分成形和甄别输出等功能。数字部分将模拟输出的甄别结果进行并串转化后输出。要求芯片能够有效地甄别中子和γ信号,并给出中子信号的时间和位置信息。%It describes an ASIC chip MPR2 mainly used in General Purpose Powder Diffractometer readout elec-tronics system of Chinese Spallation Neutron Source .The chip contains both analog and digital parts .The ana-log part integrated 64channels, upgrading from the chip MAPMTROC designed for MAPMT .Each channel con-tains a preamplifier based on current convey , a RC integrator circuit , a CR-RC integrator -shaping circuit and a comparator , to respectively achieve the gain adjustment , integral , integral-shaping and screening out-put .The digital part converts the screening outputs parallel to serial .The chip is designed to effectively screen neutron and gamma signal , and give the time and location information of the neutron signal .

    • 摘要: On the basis of the Chua's circuit and by means of the piece-wise linear function,the multi chaotic circuit based on current conveyor is designed.This circuit has such merits as simplicity,few parameters,and high working frequency.The PSPICE's simulation results show that the chaotic circuit is very easy to start-up,scroll has the same size,and solve the problem that Chua's circuit is only applicable to low frequency communication.What's more,the formula which is used to calculate mult scroll circuit parameters is offered.%在蔡氏电路的基础上,利用分段线性函数法设计了基于电流传输器的多涡卷混沌电路,该电路设计简单、参数少、工作频率高.PSPICE软件仿真结果表明,本文设计的多涡卷混沌电路容易起振,所得涡卷的大小相等,很好地解决了蔡氏电路只适用于低频通信的问题.另外,给出了多涡卷电路参数计算的一般公式.

    • 摘要: According to the fact that voltage follower of traditional second-generation current conveyor (CCII) is unsatisfatory, a new second-generation current conveyor(CCCII) is proposed. A current controlled second-order bandpass filter, operating in the current mode, is also described and designed. Constituting the second-order current-mode bandpass through using of the new second-generation current conveyor (CCCII), and only two CCCII+s and two capacitors could complete the design. The structure of the design is simple. Its central frequency can be adjusted by acting on the bias current of the conveyors. HSpice software was used to simulation analysis and verify the accuracy and feasibility of the theoretical design.%针对传统第二代电流传输器(CCII)电压跟随不理想的问题,提出了新型第二代电流传输器(CCCII)并通过采用新型第二代电流传输器(CCCII)构成二阶电流模式带通滤波器,此滤波器只需使用2个电流传输器和2个电容即可完成设计。设计结构简单。其中心频率可由电流传输器的偏置电流控制。利用HSpiee软件仿真分析并验证了理论设计的准确性和可行性。

    • 摘要: In this paper we propose a novel grid-scroll chaotic attractor generator based on the second generation current conveyor(CCII), which is used for hybrid image encryption of physical chaos encryption and advanced encryption standard (AES) encryption algorithm, because CCII has a higher speed and larger dynamic range than ordinary operational amplifier and can generate multiscroll physical chaotic signal with higher frequency and more complex dynamics properties. The hybrid encryption system of multiscroll physical chaos encryption and AES encryption based on the CCII, does not assure the relationship between plaintext and ciphertext, and the statistical characteristics of ciphertexts in this algorithm should be better than those of any other encryption system. The difference in statistical property of cipher text between the two cases is studied. One case is that the ciphertexts come from different schemes, i. e. the hybrid and the single stage ones, respectively, and the other is that the ciphertexts are generated by chaotic signals with different numbers of scrolls in the same algorithm. We design and implement the chaos circuit based on CCII, and simulat the encryption system. The results shown that they are in agreement with the theoretical analyses, and that the bigger number of scrolls chaotic system causes the weaker correlation of ciphertexts.%该文提出了一种新的基于第二代电流传输器(CCII)的网格多涡卷混沌吸引子产生器,用于物理混沌加密和高级加密标准(AES)加密的混合图像加密算法.因CCII比普通运放有更好的频率特性和更大的动态范围,能产生频率更高,动力学特性更复杂的多涡卷物理混沌信号.基于CCII的多涡卷物理混沌加密和AES加密的混合加密系统。不存在确定的明文密文映射关系,密文统计特性也应优于其他加密系统.基于该算法研究了混合加密和单级加密的抗统计分析能力,以及涡卷数目不同的混沌信号在该算法中应用时密文统计特性的不同.完成了基于CCII的混沌电路设计与硬件实现,对加密系统进行了数值仿真,仿真结果与理论分析一致,同时表明涡卷数目越多的混沌系统其加密产生的密文相关性越弱.

    • 摘要: 提出了一种利用同相电流传输器(CCII+)实现网格多涡卷混沌吸引子的方法.首先,构建一个三维网格多涡卷混沌系统,并对该系统进行基本动力学特性分析.其次,在考虑电流传输器端口寄生参数的情况下,构建了电流输出的饱和函数电路并设计一个具有串联结构的网格多涡卷混沌电路,使得该电路的工作频率得到提高.最后,通过硬件电路实验验证了该方法的可行性.%In this paper, we propose method of generating grid multi-scroll chaotic attractors with the positive-type second generation current conveyors (CCII+). Firstly, a three-dimensional grid multi-scroll chaotic system is presented. Some basic dynamical properties are studied. Furthermore, we construct the saturation functions with current output and design the chaotic system with series structure by using current conveyers. In the whole design the port parasitic parameters of current conveyers are taken into considerations. By analyzing we could learn that the circuit can work in a higher frequency range. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by circuit implementation.
