基于3D组件的级进模CAD方法研究

摘要

针对级进模中存在大量的标准件和典型结构这一特点，提出一基于3D组合件的级进模设计方法，并以此为基础，在UGII上开发出相应的3D级进模CAD系统。%This paper presents a research on the development of CAD forprogressive dies. Since there are many typical structures and standard parts used within a progressive die, A scheme that utilizes 3D insert-groups to design progressive die is proposed based on the UG16.0 platform.
