两侧带凸台头盔外壳激光切割夹具的设计

         

摘要

The leftover waste material in corner and hole of a helmet shell after curing is to be cut off ,so as to become a product .Sawing and punching cut is impossible to shape the football helmet shell ,which can only be cut by laser .The laser cutting need laser cutting fixture to position and fix the helmet shell on the workbench of the laser cutting machine . Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and requirements of the helmet shell laser cutting fixture ,it is concluded that the laser cutting fixture should meet the require-ments the clip concrete must be less than the helmet shell outline ,avoiding the laser clip concrete cutting .Then toxic smoke exhaust of the helmet shell laser cutting was studied .A die structure with through hole ventilation via the positioning shaft is used to discharge de-toxification smoke .The results indicate that laser cutting fixture design of helmet shell with boss on both sides ensure the cutting process perform successfully and eliminate the harm of toxic smoke to the human body .%裱糊固化后头盔外壳边角余料和孔中废料是需要切割掉的 ,这样才能成为产品.带锯和冲裁切割是不可能进行橄榄球形状头盔外壳的切割 ,只能是采用激光切割.而激光切割是需要有激光切割夹具 ,才能通过夹具将头盔外壳定位和固定在激光切割机的工作台上.分析了头盔外壳激光切割夹具的结构特点和要求 ,应满足夹具体必须小于头盔外壳轮廓的要求 ,避免了激光对夹具体的切割.研究了头盔外壳激光切割时所产生毒烟的排出 ,采用了定位轴通孔抽风的模具结构排毒烟形式.结果表明 ,两侧带凸台头盔外壳激光切割夹具的设计保证了切割运动顺利进行 ,消除了切割所产生毒烟对人体的侵害问题.
