椎间融合器金属粉末注塑成型收缩率实验研究

     

摘要

Metal feed containing different proportions of metal powder and binder were prepared by internal mixer,and its flow properties were determined and compared to obtain optimal feeding formula needed for optimum injection molding experiments.The result showed that comprehensive performance of stainless steel feed was the best when the content of stainless metal powder in stainless steel feed was 92.6%.On basis of the processing parameter and optimal sintering temperature determination experiments,specimens were made with the determined feed formula and the processed injection mold.The precise injection machine was used for the molding and the injection temperature was set as the indentified optimal one.Shrinkage in the molding was investigated and the results showed that the molding shrinkage was 13.71% at the optimal sintering temperature.The cavity of intervertebral fusion cage moulds should be enlarged due to the high shrinkage and thus the injection mold of intervertebral fusion cage was re-designed.By using the precision injection molding machine,the products which meet the application requirements were obtained with the optimal feed formula at the reasonable process parameters.%通过密炼机混炼出不同比例金属粉末与粘结剂的金属喂料,并对不同配比的金属喂料进行喂料流动性能对比实验,得到最佳注塑成型实验所用的最佳喂料配方:不锈钢粉末占不锈钢喂料质量分数为92.6%时,不锈钢喂料综合性能最好.基于前期所做的注塑成型工艺参数实验和最佳烧结温度实验确定的相关数据,利用所确定的喂料配方和已加工好的实验样条模具,通过阿博格精密注塑机注塑出实验样条,在最佳烧结温度下烧结出实验样条制品,对该制品进行收缩率实验研究.结果表明,实验样条在最佳烧结温度下的收缩率为13.71%,并以此收缩率反向将椎间融合器模型模腔放大,进行椎间融合器模具的设计.基于最佳喂料配方和注塑工艺参数,在阿博格精密注塑机上注塑出椎间融合器,最后进行烧结,得到了满足使用要求的椎间融合器.
