机械手遥控器面盖注射模设计

介绍了一款机械手遥控器塑料面盖注射模,模具采用动、定模斜向抽芯以及分体式斜顶结构。模具分型面复杂,侧向抽芯机构和定距分型机构新颖,动作稳定可靠。%Introduced injection mold of the manipulator controller cover, adopted moved ＆ fixed mold inclined core-pulling and the split-type inclined ejector. Mold parting surface complex, lateral core-pulling mechanism and the fixed distance parting mechanism were novel, reliable action.
