在相同研磨条件下,采用固结磨料研磨垫研磨掺铈玻璃和K9玻璃,比较掺铈玻璃和K9玻璃的研磨材料去除率,研磨摩擦系数值和加工后表面质量.研究结果表明:金刚石固结磨料研磨垫对掺铈玻璃的材料去除率和研磨摩擦系数小于K9玻璃,表面质量相对较优.掺铈玻璃残屑中的Ce与Si在金刚石颗粒表面及磨粒之间形成包裹层和填覆层,改变材料去除机理,导致材料去除率和摩擦系数下降,获得更优的表面质量.%Fixed abrasive pad was employed to lap cerium doped glass and K9 glass in the same condition. Material removal rate(MRR) , lapping friction coefficient and surface quality were investigated. Results showed that MRR and lapping friction coefficient of cerium doped glass were less than those of K9 glass, but surface quality was better. The Ce and Si from the chips of cerium doped glass formed a covering layer on diamond particle surface and a filling layer in the gap between abrasives, thus changing the material removal mechanism. MRR and friction coefficient declined, and surface quality got better.
