一种低成本高性能钢筋混凝土金刚石绳锯的研制

         

摘要

The effect of new superfine pre-alloyed powder and vulcanization of rubber on the cost and property of diamond wire saws were studied,which were used to cut reinforced concrete.A new diamond wire saw with low cost and high performance was developed and produced by using new superfine pre-alloyed powder,structure improvement of the diamond wire saw and optimization of the vulcanization process of rubber.The diamond wire saw was tested by cutting highly reinforced concrete crossbeam (the ratio of sectional area of steel bar to beam cross section >0.09) and the result of the test was analyzed.The result showed that the diamond wire saw used in the test has excellent sharpness and long lifetime with cutting speed achieved 2.0~2.8 m2/h and the lifetime achieved 2.7~3.3 m2/m,which was at the leading level of the industry.%研究了新型超细预合金粉末和橡胶硫化工艺对钢筋混凝土金刚石绳锯的成本和性能的影响.通过新型超细预合金粉末的应用,橡胶硫化工艺的优化,研发并制作出一种低成本高性能的钢筋混凝土金刚石绳锯.用该绳锯对高钢筋含量(钢筋截面积/梁截面积>0.09)的混凝土梁进行切割测试,并对结果进行分析.结果表明,该金刚石绳锯锋利度好,寿命长,切割速度可达2.0~2.8 m2/h,使用寿命可达2.7~3.3 m2/m,处于行业内领先水平.
