The present invention relates to a development of a low-cost vacuum packing film apparatus for a small packing for each part of meat with a high freshness and no meat discoloration. Recently, due to an increase in the households with only one or two persons, sale of a small quantity of multi-type products is a major trend, and meat is often displayed for a long time in accordance with the part. In such cases, if various parts of meat in a great volume are displayed without being packed, problems occur such as discoloration of the meat and a lowered freshness due to the long-term storage. In addition, vacuum packing, which is to prevent such problems, is difficult to use, and requires a high cost for introduction, being hard to install. In addition, the film for vacuum packing is expensive, so despite many merits of vacuum packing, there persists the problem that sellers sell products without packing them or just packing them with plastic wrap, which is a conventional method. According to the present invention, the low-cost vacuum packing film apparatus for a small packing for each part with a high freshness and no meat discoloration and the method thereof are able to allow even small stores to easily use vacuum packing by easily installing the apparatus at a lower cost for introduction than that of other products, to allow even small meat sellers, who have had difficulties in introduce vacuum packing because of high introduction cost and difficult usage and installation, to use vacuum packing for each part of meat, to sell only the needed parts when consumers recently demand different parts of meat in accordance with region, age group, and sex, to prevent meat discoloration due to a long-term storage of meat, and to improve the freshness maintained. In addition, the present invention is able to provide low-priced packing materials for vacuum packing, which does not use a lamination of nylon film and polyethylene film, which has been frequently used as packing materials for vacuum packing, and to reduce the cost for materials for vacuum packing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
