弥漫型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎CT表现分析

摘要

Objective To determine the CT characteristics of diffuse xanthogramilomatous pyelonephritis. MethodsCT of 6 patients with histologically confirmed diffuse xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis was retrospectively analyzed.Results CT demonstrated renal stones (5), necrotic areas without hydronephrosis (6), bear's-paw sign (3), renalfascial thickening and psoas muscle swelling (2), perirenal effusion and retro peritoneal fistula (1). Conclusion CTappearance may aid the diagnosis of diffuse xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis.%目的 探讨黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎的CT表现特征.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的6例弥漫型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎的CT征象.结果 6例中,5例弥漫型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎肾盂内有铸形结石.6例均有坏死腔,均无肾积水,3例可见典型的"熊掌印征",2例有肾周筋膜增厚伴腰大肌肿胀.1例肾周积液并穿破后腹壁形成瘘管.结论 CT诊断弥漫型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎具有较高价值.
