Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive interventional treatment of lower limbs in perioperative period for patients with diabetic foot. Methods 86 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the control group and the study group according to the principle of randomization. All patients underwent minimally invasive interventional treatment of lower extremity blood vessels in the perioperative, control group adopted routine care, the study group strengthened nursing intervention based on routine nursing and compared the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the number of patients with foot symptoms disappeared significantly in the study group, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the blood glucose level was significantly better than the control group, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetic foot with minimally invasive interventional treatment of lower extremity vascular disease, nursing intervention during perioperative period can achieve better nursing effect, which can effectively improve the patient's foot symptoms and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. It is worth further clinical practice, promotion and use.%目的 对糖尿病足患者采取下肢血管微创介入治疗围手术期进行护理的效果展开深入的分析.方法 选取2017年3月-2018年3月该院收治的糖尿病足患者86例,按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组,所有患者均采用下肢血管微创介入治疗,在围手术期对照组采取常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加强护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果展开对比.结果 经护理后,研究组患者足部症状消失人数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且血糖水平控制明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于下肢血管微创介入治疗糖尿病足患者来说,在围手术期进行护理干预,取得较好的护理效果,能够有效改善患者足部症状,减少术后并发症的产生,值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用.
