METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL CORRECTION OF HEMO-COAGULATION DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH PURULENT-NECROTIC COMPLICATIONS OF DIABETIC FOOT IN PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD

A method for differential correction of hemo-coagulation disorders in patients with purulent-necrotic complications of diabetic foot in peri-operative period is carried out through medicinal therapy. Preliminarily complex analysis of agregatogram, coagulogram is carried out, and on the determination in patient of hypo-aggregation of thrombocytes and compensation hyper-coagulation of fermentative homeostasis etamsylate sodium, ascorbic acid, nadroparin calcium are prescribed. Infusion therapy includes preparation on basis of gelatin. For patients with hyper-aggregation of thrombocytes and hyper-coagulation of fermentative homeostasis pentosan polysulphate is prescribed, in the case of normocoagulation of fermentative hemostasis clopidogrel, to pre-operation infusion preparation of patients of this sub-group a preparation HEC of 3 generation is prescribed, the patients with relative normoagregation of thrombocytes administer preparations that stabilize vascular wall (sodium etamsylate, ascorbic acid), on reduction of APTT and hyperfibrinogenemia - pentosan polysulphate, on increase of protrombin index - calcium nadroparin.
