综合护理干预应用于妊娠糖尿病合并缺铁性贫血的效果研究

Objective Analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention applied gestational diabetes mellitus and iron deficiency anemia results. Methods Hospital in February 2013 - February 2014 received 80 cases of gestational diabetes during the merger with iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group were 40 cases. In a conventional manner as the control group nursing patient care programs to comprehensive nursing intervention in patients in the observation group care program, the effect comparison of the two nursing programs. Results After treatment, the observation group fasting blood glucose levels, blood glucose levels after a meal 2h and glycated hemoglobin lower than the control group (P<0.05); hemoglobin in patients in the observation group, serum ferritin and folate contents were due to the control group (P<0.05), more than a few comparison were statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve pregnancy and blood sugar diabetes and ischemia in patients with iron deficiency, hemoglobin and other indicators, effective control of diabetes symptoms of the disease and anemia, promotion of maternal and fetal health, worthy of promotion.%目的：研究分析综合护理干预应用于妊娠糖尿病合并缺铁性贫血的效果。方法选取该院2013年2月—2014年2月期间接收的80例妊娠糖尿病合并缺铁性贫血患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，均为40例。以常规护理方式为对照组患者护理方案，以综合护理干预为观察组患者护理方案，对比两种护理方案的效果。结果经过护理，观察组患者空腹血糖浓度、餐后2 h血糖浓度和糖化血红蛋白均比对照组更低（P<0.05）；观察组患者血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白和叶酸的含量均优于对照组，以上几项比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论实施综合护理干预可以有效地改善妊娠糖尿病和并缺铁性缺血患者的血糖、血红蛋白等指标，有效的控制糖尿病病情和贫血症状，促进孕妇和胎儿的健康，值得推广。
