目的 探究规范化治疗的应用方法以及其对妊娠期间糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响. 方法 选取该院于2012年7月—2015年7月收治的妊娠糖尿病患者80例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,为对照组的患者施以常规治疗,为实验组的患者施以规范化治疗. 在治疗结束后比较两组患者的分娩情况、并发症发生情况以及围生儿结局. 结果 经比较可知,实验组患者出现高血压、产后感染、胎膜早破、阴道助产等分娩情况的概率明显低于对照组,P<0.05. 实验组围生儿出现早产儿、巨大儿、新生儿高胆红素血症、新生儿呼吸紧促、钙镁代谢异常等结局的概率显著低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 将规范化治疗的方法应用与妊娠糖尿病患者的治疗中能够显著降低并发症发生的概率,改善围生儿结局,具有很高的临床应用价值.%Objective To explore the application of standardized treatment and its effect on the pregnancy outcome of preg-nant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divid-ed into experimental group and control group in July 2015 to July 2012. The patients in control group were treated with rou-tine treatment, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with standardized treatment. After the end of treat-ment, compared with the two groups of patients with delivery, complications and perinatal outcome. Results By comparison, the patients in experimental group appeared hypertension, postpartum infection, premature rupture of membranes (PROM), vaginal midwifery decile expulsion of probability is significantly lower than that of the control group, P <0.05). The experi-mental group perinatal appear premature, fetal macrosomia, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, neonatal shortness of breath, calci-um and magnesium metabolism abnormal outcome probability was significantly lower than that of the control group, P <0.05). Conclusion It can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and improve the outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
