目的：分析和探讨糖尿病肾病综合征行针对性护理干预的措施和临床效果。方法选择从2012年1月—2015年6月在该院进行治疗的糖尿病肾病综合征患者74例，分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组行常规护理，在此基础上观察组行针对性护理干预。观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。观察组患者的并发症少于对照组，差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05。结论针对性护理干预能提高糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果，降低糖尿病肾病患者的并发症发生的几率，具有较高的应用价值。%Objective To analyze and explore the measures and clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy syndrome. Methods Seventy-four cases with diabetic nephropathy syndrome were elected in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 , divided into observation group and control group (37 cases in each group). The control group received rou-tine nursing. the observation group were treated with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clini-cal effects and complications were observed. Results The general effect rate was significantly higher in the control group, with P<0.05. Complications were less than those in the contrast group, but with P>0.05, it was statistically insignificant. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can improve the clinical effects on patients with diabetes and can reduce the incidence of complications, and thus has a high application value.
