探讨糖尿病（DM）骨折患者围手术期治疗的特点及DM对骨折手术的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the characteristics of perioperative treatment for DM with fracture and the effect of DM on fracture surgery. Methods 50 cases with DM and fracture and other fracture patients without diabetes admitted in the hospital during the same period were set as the diabetes group and the control group, respectively. The preoperative prepa-ration time, length of stay, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative preparation time and length of stay in diabetes group were significantly longer than those in the control group. Conclusion Diabetic patients with fracture had longer preoperative preparation time and length of stay.%目的：探讨糖尿病(DM)骨折患者围手术期治疗的特点及DM对骨折手术的影响。方法收集该院收治的50例糖尿病骨折患者，设置为糖尿病组，同时需要收集该院同期收治的非糖尿病骨折患者，设置为对照组。比较两组患者治疗过程中的术前准备时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果糖尿病组患者在手术过程中的术前准备时间、住院时间方面均明显的高于对照组患者。结论糖尿病骨折患者在术前准备时间以及住院时间较长。
