前列腺增生症合并糖尿病患者围术期实施护理干预的作用与分析

摘要

目的：探讨前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者围手术期内潜在的医疗及护理的安全隐患，并观察在前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者围手术期进行护理干预的作用。方法选择该院2013年1月-2014年12月收治的需手术治疗的32例良性前列腺增生症伴有糖尿病患者，回顾性分析经手术治疗的32例前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者的治疗及护理情况,在围手术期均给予有针对性的护理干预,总结护理效果。结果通过有效的实施护理干预,在32例患者中有29例患者在拔掉尿管后能够正常排尿,有效率达到了90.63%,1例尿路感染,2例尿失禁,无围术期死亡病例，且以上3例发生异常情况患者经处理后均好转，无远期严重并发症发生，所有病人均治愈出院。结论良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是老年男性的常见病,合并糖尿病后，如经手术治疗可增加手术并发症的机率。在本研究中发现重视对前列腺增生症合并糖尿病病人的围术期护理，可以减少手术后并发症的发生，术后不适症状改善显著。通过对前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者围手术期前后的全程护理干预，降低了手术风险的同时，为临床护理工作提供了依据，是前列腺增生症合并糖尿病患者围手术期安全医疗及护理的保证。%Objective To investigate prostatic hyperplasia in diabetic patients undergoing safety hazard potential surgery during medical treatment and care, and to observe the BPH patients with diabetes mellitus Perioperative nursing interven-tion role. Methods Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 admitted require surgery 32 patients with benign prostat-ic hyperplasia (BPH), a retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of 32 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes treatment and care conditions associated with diabetes in the perioperative period were given targeted nursing interventions, summary care effect. Results Through the effective implementation of nursing intervention in 32 patients, 29 patients had normal urination unplug the catheter, efficiency reached 90.63%, one case of urinary tract infection, 2 cases of urinary in-continence, no perioperative deaths, and more than three cases of abnormal condition of the patient after treatment were better, no long-term serious complications, all patients were cured. Conclusion given the appropriate care measures before and after prostatic hyperplasia patients with diabetes surgery can be a good help patients recover. The importance of benign prostatic hyperplasia in diabetic patients perioperative care, can reduce the incidence of post-operative complications. Through the BPH patients with diabetes around the whole nursing intervention surgery before and after, so as to reduce postoperative morbidity, postoperative symptoms improve significantly, and achieved satisfactory results, should be widely promoted and applied in clinical work, in order to improve quality of care.
