同伴情景式健康教育用于老年糖尿病患者自我管理效果评价

         

摘要

Objective Take self management peer situational health education for elderly patients with diabetes, to evaluate the ef-fect of application, and provide reference for clinicalnursing practice. Methods In 2012 January -2014 year in December were randomly selected 80 cases of elderly patients with diabetes, including 40 cases with the health education model of ordinary, set to group A;40 cases take health education mode of peer situational, set up as the group of two. By using contrast method, compared two groups of patients after health guidance, self management in patients with hypoglycemic effect and enthusiasm. Results For the effect of the assessment, in patients with blood glucose control in patients withhypoglycemic knowledge, self-control, patients maintained blood glucose, group two were better than group A, the difference is significant, statistically significant (P<0.05);posi-tive group of two patients was higher than that of group hypoglycemic, significant differences, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Situational health education guidance scheme through peer intervention of nursing instructionof patients is helpful to improve the degree of master in elderly diabetic patients for medical knowledge, and improve the enthusiasm of independent hypo-glycemic patients, for patients with blood glucose, and is worth in clinical application.%目的:对老年糖尿病患者采取同伴情景式健康教育的自我管理,对应用效果进行评价,为临床护理实践提供参考。方法随机选取2012年1月-2014年12月期间80例老年糖尿病患者,其中40例采取普通的健康教育模式,设定为组一;40例采取同伴情景式的健康教育模式,设定为组二。采用对照法,对比两组患者经过健康指导后,自我管理的效果以及患者降糖的积极性。结果对于效果评定,在患者控制血糖自制力,患者降糖常识,患者血糖维持等方面,组二均好于组一,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组二患者降糖的积极性高于组一,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过同伴介入的情景式健康教育指导方案对患者进行护理指导,有利于提高老年糖尿病患者对医学知识掌握程度,并且有效提高患者自主降糖的积极性,利于患者的血糖维持,值得临床广泛应用。
