目的：探究糖尿病足的骨科治疗效果。方法选取该院2013年6月—2014年12月收治的100例糖尿病足患者为研究对象，分为对照组及研究组各50例，对照组采取全身保守治疗，研究组采取保肢手术治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者通过采取手术治疗，糖尿病足治疗总有效率92%、并发症发生率10%，术后随访3年，复发率为6%，与对照组80%、20%、14%相比较，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于药物保守治疗，骨科手术治疗效果更佳，具有一定的临床推广使用价值。%Objective To explore the effect of orthopedic treatment of diabetic foot.Methods Selecting a hospital from June 2013 to December 2013, 100 patients with diabetic foot were treated as the research object, by the patients in our hospital ethics committee approval and informed consent were divided into control group and the team all the 50 cases, control group take conservative treatment, the team take limb-salvage surgery treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect.Results By taking the surgical treatment group patients, diabetic foot treatment of 92%of the total effective rate was 92%, the incidence of complications and postoperative follow-up of 3 years, the recurrence rate was 6%, compared with the control group 80%, 20%, 14%, differences between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with drug, conservative treatment has better effect to orthopaedic surgery, has a certain clinical promotion use value.
