Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect on diabetic patients with psoriasis. Methods 86 cases with diabetes and psoriasis admitted in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2014 were selected as the subjects. And according to the principle of voluntariness, they were divided into the control group and treatment group, 43 cases in each group. The control group were given immunologic agents combined with insulin for treatment, and the treatment group were given herbal internal and external adminis-tration. And the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.3%, and that of the control group was 74.4%, the difference between the two groups is statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 9.3%, and that of the control group was 27.9%, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients with psoriasis should select symptomatic clinical treatment. Herbal oral administration and external washout has exact effect and positive clinical application value, so it is worthy of promotion and application.%目的：分析糖尿病合并银屑病的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年7月—2014年7月该院收治的86例糖尿病合并银屑病患者作为研究对象，按照自愿原则分为对照组和治疗组，每组43例，对照组单纯采用免疫制剂联合胰岛素治疗，治疗组采用中药内服外洗治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为95.3%，对照组患者的总有效率为74.4%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率为9.3%，对照组不良反应发生率为27.9%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病合并银屑病应选择对症临床治疗方法，中药内服外洗疗效确切，具有积极的临床使用价值，值得推广和使用。
