目的：对急诊糖尿病昏迷患者的抢救和护理的方法予以分析和讨论。方法将2014年1月-2015年12月期间于该院进行治疗的急诊糖尿病昏迷患者48例进行回顾性分析，对糖尿病昏迷患者的抢救和护理的方法进行分析和讨论，以提高抢救的成功率，增加患者的护理满意度。结果对糖尿病昏迷患者通过小剂量的胰岛素注射或者补糖补液等方式进行抢救，抢救后的治疗有效率为87.5%，不良反应的发生率为12.5%。结论糖尿病患者经常因为其急性并发症而导致昏迷，一旦发现昏迷应该迅速进行诊断，了解昏迷的原因，及时进行抢救，才能很好的避免患者出现死亡，并且做好护理工作，避免发生感染不良反应。%Objective Emergency rescue and nursing of diabetic coma patients.
