目的：讨论临床护理路径对少数名族地区预防1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果观察。方法选取2012年1月-2013年1月喀什地区第一人民医院收治入院的1型糖尿病患者，根据住院号的单双数分为实验组31例及对照组26例。对照组采取常规护理措施，而实验组则实施临床路径护理干预。最终实验组流失5例，剩余26例；对照组流失4例，剩余22例。比较和分析两组患者在遵医行为、空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平、住院费用和住院天数。结果实验组患者在遵医行为(按时服药、定时注射胰岛素、定期检测)方面高于对照组(P<0.05)；空腹和餐后2 h血糖水平、住院费用和住院天数方面平均值低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对1型糖尿病患者进行护理时采用临床护理路径能够提高患者的遵医行为，有效稳定患者的血糖水平，减少住院时间，减低患者的经济负担。%Objective to discuss the clinical nursing pathway in ethnic areas to prevent the effects of type 1 diabetic ke-toacidosis. Conclusion In patients with type 1 diabetes care when using clinical nursing pathway can improve patients according to the medical behavior, ef-fective in patients with stable blood sugar levels and reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce the economic burden of pa-tients.
