彩超在糖尿病周围血管病变患者中的临床价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨才糖尿病周围血管病变中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2013年7月-2016年2月该院确诊的40例糖尿病周围血管病变患者作为观察组，同时选取同期在该院体检的健康人40例作为对照组，均采用双下肢血管彩超检查，比较两组检出率及各种影像学表现比例；同时对观察组患者行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查，比较其与彩超的符合率。结果观察组粥样斑块、管腔狭窄、血管闭塞发生率和踝肱指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)；彩超检查敏感度为67.5%，特异度为27.5%。结论彩超对糖尿病周围血管病变的筛查具有重要意义，可清晰显示官腔硬化和闭塞等情况，在诊断过程中敏感性较高，特异度相对较低。%Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value only diabetic peripheral vasculardisease. Methods 40 patients from July 2013 to Feb 2016 with diabeticperipheral vessel disease in our hospital were retrospectively analysed.They were col-lected as the observation group.At the same time,40 healthy case selected in our hospital were distributed to the control group,who were examined by lower extremity arteries color Doppler ultrasound.The detection rate between the two groups and a variety of imaging ratio;while the observation group underwent digital subtraction angiography (DSA)examination, compared with ultrasound compliance rate. Results The plaque, stenosis,vascular occlusion and incidence of ankle-brachial index were higher (P<0.05);ultrasonography had a sensitivity of 67.5% and a specificity of 27.5%. Conclusion ultrasound screening for having diabetic peripheral vascular disease is important, can clearly show the bureaucratic sclerosis and oc-clusion, etc.in the diagnostic process, the higher the sensitivity, the specificity is relatively low.
