2型糖尿病患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素检测结果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the detection results of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods chooses my courtyard in August 2013 to 2014 August during the diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of type 2 diabetic patients as the experimental group. At the same time, total stage with 50 cases of healthy persons, as the reference group, draw 4ml fasting blood, used to test blood glucose, hemoglobin and insulin. Results through the data analysis, we can find that the experimental group patients in the fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose, fasting INS, glycosylated hemoglobin and other aspects are higher than the reference group, to meet the P<0.05, there is sta-tistical significance. Conclusion timely and effective examination of blood glucose, insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to take appropriate diagnosis and treatment can improve the quality of life of pa-tients with diabetes. Recommendations in the future to promote the clinical, and to provide theoretical reference.%目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素检测结果分析。方法择取该院于2013年8月-2014年8月期间诊治的50例2型糖尿病患者为实验组，同时选取同阶段的50例健康人员，将其作为参照组，汲取空腹静脉血4 mL，用以检测血糖、血红蛋白含量、胰岛素等。结果通过数据对比分析可以发现，实验组患者在空腹血糖、2h血糖、空腹INS、糖化血红蛋白等方面均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时、有效的对2型糖尿病患者进行血糖、胰岛素及糖化血红蛋白检查，并采取相应的诊断与治疗，可提高糖尿病患者的生存质量。建议在今后的临床中大力推广，并以此提供理论参考。
