Objective Analyze risk factors for breast cancer chemotherapy induced diabetes, and breast cancer patients with chemotherapy induced diabetes care measures. Methods 2015 January to December, in our hospital between chemotherapy of 217 cases of breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed, statistics patients complicated with breast cancer after chemotherapy, analysis of risk factors for breast cancer patients complicated with diabetes after chemotherapy and its nurs-ing measures. Results 217 cases of study object after chemotherapy, 113 patients with symptoms of high blood, 31 cases of patients diagnosed with diabetes, including 19 cases with a family history of diabetes, 23 cases with chemotherapy response is eating disorders. Conclusion For patients with breast cancer chemotherapy can lead to elevated blood sugar, including family history of diabetes, chemotherapy reaction after chemotherapy can improve the breast cancer patients complicated with diabetes risk.%目的：分析乳腺癌化疗诱发糖尿病的风险因素,并探讨乳腺癌化疗诱发糖尿病的患者的护理措施。方法对2015年1-12月之间在该院进行化疗的217例乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,统计患者的化疗后并发乳腺癌的几率,分析乳腺癌患者化疗后并发糖尿病的风险因素并探讨其护理措施。结果217例研究对象化疗后有血糖升高症状的患者113例,确诊为糖尿病的患者有31例,其中有19例具有糖尿病家族史,23例由于化疗反应较饮食不规律。结论乳腺癌化疗可导致患者的血糖升高,其中糖尿病家族史、化疗反应等可增加乳腺癌患者化疗后并发糖尿病的风险。
