目的：研究并探讨心理护理在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法于2012年1月-2015年1月，选取该院儿科收治的60例儿童糖尿病患儿进行分组对比研究，采取数字抽签法进行分组，分为各有30例患儿的对照组和观察组。对照组患儿施行常规护理干预，观察组患儿在常规护理干预的基础上施行心理护理干预。对比两组患儿的血糖控制情况、治疗依从性以及患儿家长的焦虑情绪评分和疾病不确定感评分。结果与护理前相比，护理后两组患儿的血糖均得到有效的改善(P<0.05﹚，但观察组患儿的改善幅度较之对照组更加显著(P<0.05﹚。与对照组相比，观察组患儿的治疗依从性明显更高(P<0.05﹚，观察组患儿家长的焦虑情绪评分和疾病不确定感评分均明显更低(P<0.05﹚。结论在儿童糖尿病患儿的临床护理过程中，应用心理护理具有显著应用效果，能够更好地控制血糖，有效提高患儿的治疗依从性，缓解患儿家长的不良情绪。%Objective To study and explore the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of children with diabetes. Methods in January, January 2012, 60 cases of children with diabetes in our hospital were selected to carry out the study of group ~2015, and the number of children were divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group were divided into 30 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received psycho-logical nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The blood glucose control, treatment compliance, and the anxiety of the parents of the children were compared with two groups of children. Results the blood glucose of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), but the improvement of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05), the parents of the children in the observation group were significantly lower than the scores of anxiety and disease(P<0.05). Conclusion in the process of clinical nursing of children with diabetes, the application of psy-chological nursing has a significant effect, can better control blood sugar, improve the treatment compliance of children, al-leviate the bad mood of parents.
