目的 探究糖尿病护理门诊在2型糖尿病治疗中的效果观察. 方法 选取该院2014年1-7月期间收治的2型糖尿病患者140例,在取得患者的同意之后将患者分为对照组和观察组各70例.对照组的患者入院治疗只进行常规治疗,护理门诊不进行患者治疗的干预,观察组在该院常规治疗的基础上同时增加护理门诊对治疗进行健康教育等干预措施. 两组只在护理门诊干预条件不同之下进行治疗,其他护理治疗项目都一致. 在住院治疗一段时间以后,对观察组和对照组的遵医行为和患者自身控制血糖能力进行比较分析. 结果 在接受护理门诊的健康教育等干预措施之后观察组的各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义. 结论 在2型糖尿病的治疗中,患者在常规治疗的基础上增加护理门诊干预的措施可以提高糖尿病患者的治疗效果,患者可以很好的自行控制血糖,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,在临床上糖尿病护理门诊的应用有着重要的意义.%Objective To explore the effect of diabetes care in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 2 pa-tients with type 140 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2014 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the patients were not treated by nursing intervention, the observation group was treated with routine treatment and the nursing intervention measures were added to the treatment of health education. The two groups only in the care of patients with dif-ferent conditions for treatment, other treatment projects are consistent. After a long period of hospitalization, the treatment of the observation group and the control group and the patients' ability to control blood glucose were compared and analyzed. Conclusion in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, patients in the conventional treatment based on the increase in the nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of patients with diabetes, patients can have a good control of blood glucose, improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes, in the clinical application of diabetes care outpatient service has important significance.
