摘要

采用固相法制备了稀土Sm^(3+)(0~0.10 mol)掺杂的(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3)高熵荧光粉。研究发现,随着Sm^(3+)掺杂量的增加,(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3)高熵粉体逐渐出现了Sm_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)杂相,其发光强度发生明显变化。当Sm 3+掺杂量为0.04 mol时,(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3)高熵粉体具有单一的钙钛矿结构,且各元素组分分布均匀,并表现出最佳的荧光性能。当掺杂Sm 3+后,(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3)高熵荧光粉均表现出色彩较纯的黄光发射。在近紫外的激发下,(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3)-0.04Sm高熵荧光粉的的色坐标为(0.5159,0.4715),色温为2469 K,色纯度为83.0%。这表明(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3)高熵荧光粉在白光LED用的黄光荧光粉中具有很大的应用潜力。
