China’s household registration system of state power into the bottom of ancient life of the people in an important system is the country’s basic social control system,Tang and Song Dynasties period,because the development of commodity economy,as the household registration system by the grading system to control the Tang and Song dynasties of wealth into the household registration control regime change is conducive not only to the status of peasants,and to promote the development of the commodity economy,but will also help to optimize the allocation of land resources,and the rationalization of Taxes and Corvee on control of the rural community in transition.Different times have different systems needs,the household registration system of the Tang and Song Dynasties change was the demand for social transformation system,and vigorously promoting social transformation.
