摘要

Two methods of supercritical fluid technology, gas anti-solvent and solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluids, were used respectively to prepare the sustained-release amoxicillin microparticles. The appearance, mean diameter, drug loading and in vitro release of microparticles were investigated.
