Development of Mucoadhesive Microparticle of Amoxicillin for anti-Helicobacter Pylori Therapy by Supercritical Assisted Atomization Technique

The aim of present investigation was composite mucoadhesive microparticles of chitosan/amoxicillin for controlled drug release using Supercritical Assisted Atomization (SAA) technique for the potential use in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, which were associated with Helicobacter pylori.
