盐酸林可霉素滴眼液的HPLC测定

摘要

A HPLC method for the determination of lincomycin hydrochloride eye-drops was presented. A Nova-Pak C 18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L borax solution (pH 6.0, adjusted with 85% phosphoric acid)-methanol (4∶6) at the detection wavelength of 214 nm. The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD 0.58%.
