The return of HongKong and the direct navigation between Fujian and Taiwan will bring the unprecented opportunities for Fujian economic developnent. But at the same time Fujian faces the deadlock of the two coasts political relationship, and the challenges from other areas of our Country and southeast Asia Countries. Only seize this opportunity can Fujian develop itself. Fujian should strengthen its economic relations with its periphery areas. And in order to achieve that goal, Fujian should strengthen the construction of infrastructure, and quicken the steps of economic systems reform, and promote HongKong and Taiwan investment in Fujian.
