抗肿瘤药物长春新碱控制释放剂型的研究

摘要

VCR microcapsules was prepared by drying from oil method, then mixed microcapsules into 0.7% collagen swelling solution to prepare the emulsion, spread the emulsion on the plate to form membrane and cross linded it, the membrane would be planted into body and was expected to release in vitro. We determinated its antineoplastic effects in vivo and in vitro.
