Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Nursing on Pain Control and Sleep Quality of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective: to analyze the effect of TCM nursing on pain control and sleep quality of patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods: 76 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected from January 2020 to December 2021. The quality of life, blood vessel score, psqi score and nursing satisfaction of the study group (38 cases), the TCM nursing group (36 cases) and the control group (36 cases) were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the VAS(2.84±0.53) and psqi(3.08±0.43) scores of the observation group were significantly decreased (p<0.05, t=7.3171,9.6566), the quality of life scores were significantly improved (p<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was higher (p<0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing has significant effect on pain control, sleep quality improvement and life quality improvement of patients with advanced lung cancer.
