Research on Construction Schedule Management and Construction Quality Management Strategy of Civil Engineering Projects

In civil engineering projects, strict implementation of construction management is one of the most basic construction requirements, construction management has a decisive role in the stable development of the construction industry. In the new stage of economic development, although China's civil engineering construction management progress is very obvious, but some remaining problems still cannot be solved. In order to further optimize the construction quality of civil projects, it is required that the industry can constantly explore the management problems and constantly explore the targeted solutions. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the main methods of construction schedule management and construction quality management of civil engineering projects, hoping to promote the development of the industry.
