DMTS设计管理教学系统实践创新的教学策略

         

摘要

DMTS设计管理教学系统是一种模拟设计公司经营的辅助性教学系统,运用此系统即可以使设计的相关教程得以实行创新的教学策略。此系统是将设计公司的经营模拟应用于教学之中,通过该教学系统可以缩短学生的学习时间,并能提高学习的效率,也可以协助授课教师方便地教学并随时掌握课程的进度。另外,还能够藉由设计标案的模拟评图与竞标,建立设计流程、设计公司经营的学习范式。其研究方法採用的则是学习者学前与学后的评量,藉以了解学习者的状况及学习效能,并能够为DMTS系统的改进提供参考。探讨实施了三年(三次)的学习评量,并逐次进行了系统的修正与改进。为追求结论的科学,针对专家进行问卷施测,根据其所提供的意见对系统进行修正。以此为基础,建立辅助DMTS设计管理教学系统的线上数位教材,学习者可以不受时间与空间的限制,随时随地进行网路学习与模拟经营。经研究、实施与修正后得到了以下的成果:1.向业界提供对设计管理的实务需求;2.对更多互动式数位教材实施开发;3.建立DMTS设计管理教学系统平台;4.推广数位学习与教学资源分享;5.辅助工读实务实习、专题设计等相关课程的学习;6. ADDIE数位教材的应用;7.对设计管理及情境模拟的贡献。%The DMTS design management teaching system is a teaching aided system that simulates design company management. The system is applied in design tutorials to implement innovative teaching strategies and simulates and applies design company management in teaching. Through this teaching system, the student's time spent on learning can be shortened, learning efifciency enhanced. Meanwhile, instructors are assisted in their teaching and the grasp of course progress. In addition, through the simulated diagram assessment and biding of the design case, the design processes can be established to design company management.In this study, the learner's pre-learning and post-learning assessment was adopted in order to gain insight into the learners’ condition and learning efifciency, and use it as a reference for improving the DMTS system. The learning assessment was conducted three times a year for three years, and successive modiifcations and improvement were made. Targeting experts, a questionnaire survey was conducted in this study. Based on the opinions provided by the scholars and experts, modifications to the system were made. Finally, the supplemental online digital material of the DMTS design management teaching system was established to enable the learner to engage in e-learning and simulated management without time and space constraints.The following ifndings were obtained after the analysis, implementation, and modiifcation:1. Catering to the practical design management needs of the industry;2. Developing more interactive digital material;3. Establishing the DMTS design management teaching systems platform;4. Promoting digital learning and teaching resource sharing;5. Assisting in work-study internship practice, project design, and learning of other related courses;6. Applying the ADDIE digital material;7. Contributing to design management and situational simulation.
