某重型天然气发动机混合器芯优化研究

摘要

作为天然气发动机的重要零部件，混合器在很大程度上影响着发动机的使用性能，其中，混合器芯的设计是关键。针对某重型天然气发动机的混合器芯开展优化研究，通过仿真计算天然气与空气的混合效果，以及通过发动机试验，比较了原混合器芯设计方案和3种优化方案的差异。最后，通过综合评价4款混合器芯的优势和劣势，得出最终优化方案。%As an important element for nat ure gas engine, mixer a large extent affects the use performance of natural gas engine, and mixer core as design key . This paper researches to optimize the mixer core for a heavy- duty natural gas engine, by simulating the mixing effect of natural gas and air, engine test, and comparing the differences between the original mixer core and three new solutions. At last, the best choice comes out, after estimating the advantages and disadvantages of each mixer core comprehensive.
