面向动态响应优化的复杂结构参数化建模技术

     

摘要

The paper summarized the current research and application status about parametric modeling technology, and presented the parametric modeling technology oriented dynamic optimization design of the complex structure for the deficiencies in the existing parametric modeling technology applications. Based on the structure dynamic optimization theory, the research to complex structure of parametric modeling optimization parameter selection rules was carried out from the point of view of the structure dynamic optimization design and gave details of the methods of both structure dynamic optimal design and parametric modeling with different optimization goals. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified though the engine cylinder head for the application. The research results may provide technical support for design and analysis of complex structures dynamic response optimize.%总结了目前结构参数化建模技术的研究及应用现状,针对现有参数化建模技术应用中的不足,提出了一种面向动态优化设计的复杂结构参数化建模技术,基于结构动态优化理论,从结构动态优化设计方法的角度研究了复杂结构参数化建模时优化参数的选择规则,并详细介绍了动态优化设计方法与不同优化目标下结构参数化建模方法,最后以发动机气缸盖为应用实例,验证了文中方法的有效性,其研究成果可为复杂结构动态优化设计分析提供技术支持。
