液氮喷雾切削加工0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的实验研究

         

摘要

为了研究低温冷风对机械加工质量的影响,以自主研制的低温氮气喷雾冷却装置作为试验平台,对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢进行了低温冷风车削试验,并同干切削、乳化液切削方式下的相关试验结果进行了对比分析.研究结果表明,相比干切削和乳化液切削,低温冷风切削方式能显著改善切削加工表面完整性,提高硬质合金刀具的耐用度,并改善其断屑性能;低温冷风的切削优势在较高切削速度条件下显得愈加明显.%To study the effect of cold air on the machining quality of stainless steel 0Crl8Ni9,cutting experiment under cold air was carried out by using the cold nitrogen spray refrigeration device. The experimental results were contrasted with the data obtained under dry cutting and emulsion cutting, which show that, contrasted with dry cutting and emulsion cutting, the cold air cutting technology can remarkably improve the surface integrity, raise the cemented carbide tool life, as well as improve the chip-breaking performance during the process, the cutting advantage of cold air is more obvious under higher cutting speed.
