基于Fluent软件,采用30 m高温超导电缆模型,分析了波纹管几何结构对恒温器内液氮压力损失的影响,也与光滑管的流阻特性进行了对比分析.结果表明:压力损失与液氮流量的平方成正比,在相同体积流量下,过冷液氮在波纹管内的压力损失随着波纹管波距的增大而减小,随着波纹管波高的增大而增大.%Effect of corrugate pipes on the pressure loss of the liquid nitrogen in a 30 m long high temperature superconducting cable thermostat model was analyzed using Fluent software and compared with the smooth tube.The results show that pressure loss proportional to the square of the liquid nitrogen flow,the pressure loss increases as the flow increases.If the volumetric flow rate is constant,the smaller wave pitch and the greater wave height of the corrugated tube,the higher pressure loss of the liquid nitrogen.
