主动式冷却系统微型化发展现状

         

摘要

In some eases, conventional cooling systems cannot be viewed as available solution for heat removal. The miniaturization of the active refrigeration systems, such as vapor compression, absorption system and thermoelectric cooler are considerably prompted by development of the MST and the theory on microscale heat/mass transfer. Based on the latest researches in references, the developing situations of these three different active cooling methods were presented and several advantages and disadvantages were listed. By contrast, the vapor compression was considered to be the most available solution for heat sink. Some issues, which puzzle the miniaturization of a vapor compression system, e.g. energy sources and miniature compressor, were also discussed later. Finally, the study was concluded with a prospect for the future of these three refrigeration - based cooling systems.%常规的制冷系统在一些特殊场合下不能用作消除热害的理想解决方案.得益于微系统工艺和微尺度传热传质理论的不断完善,以蒸气压缩系统、吸收式系统和热电系统为代表的主动冷却系统在微型化和轻量化方面取得显著进展.文中基于国内外最新文献分别介绍了这三种主动冷却系统的优、缺点及发展现状,通过实例对比说明蒸气压缩系统具有较大发展潜力,就制约蒸气压缩系统微型化的主要问题,如能量源、微型压缩机研究等展开讨论,最后以这几种制冷方式的未来展望作为结论.
