CO2两相流引射循环制冷系统性能的数值模拟

         

摘要

对引射器内部简化热力学模型进行了改进,建立了CO2两相流制冷系统的数学模型.利用MATLAB语言编写程序对该系统性能进行了模拟计算,分析了工况参数及引射比对引射循环系统性能的影响.模拟结果表明:CO2两相流引射循环制冷系统在较低的引射比条件下,就可以实现稳定运行,系统COP对气冷器出口温度的变化比较敏感,同时存在最优高压侧压力使系统COP达到最大;对于不同工况条件,CO2两相流引射循环制冷系统的COP比同工况条件下的传统系统的COP,理论上分别提高了11% ~18%.%The thermodynamic model of the two - phase ejector refrigeration (TPER) system was improved, and the performance of the CO2 TPER system was simulated. The effects of the working conditions and entrainment ratio on the system performance were analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that the CO2 TPER system can operate steadily in a lower entrainment ratio, and the system COP is affected strongly by the outlet temperature of the gas cooler. There is an optimum high side pressure, under which the system COP can reach the maximum value. The COPs of the C02 TPER system under different working conditions are higher by 11% - 18% respectively than those of the traditional refrigeration system under the same working conditions.
