A two-phase flow turbine provided upon a hub coupled to a rotating shaft and driven by receiving two-phase flow including a liquid phase component and a gas phase component. This rotor blade comprises: a rotor blade main body fixed to the hub and having a pressure surface that receives the two-phase flow; and at least one groove section extending above the pressure surface so as to intersect the radial direction of the rotating shaft.
