湘南初烤烟叶主要外观性状与香气质和香气量的灰色关联分析

摘要

Based on the evaluation data of appearance and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco samples from southern Hunan Province from 2009 to 2012, grey incidence analysis was performed. The results showed that for middle leaves, de-velopment and maturity correlated with smoking aroma quality more closely, moreover, color intensity and maturity correla-ted with smoking aroma concentration more closely.%根据湘南烟区2009~2012年烤烟样品的外观质量和评吸质量数据，采用灰色关联方法分析了不同年份烤烟样品中中部烟叶的香气质和香气量与主要外观性状指标的关联性。结果表明：中部烟叶的发育状况和成熟度与香气质的关联度较大，而色泽和成熟度则与香气量的关联度较大。
