不同施氮量对烤烟生长与生理生化特性的影响

         

摘要

2012年,以常规施肥为对照,研究了不同施氮水平对云烟87生育期、农艺性状和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:烤烟生育期以施纯氮135 kg/hm2处理最长,施纯氮75 kg/hm2处理最短,大田生育期随施氮量的增加而延长;施纯氮135 kg/hm2处理烤烟的有效叶数、茎围、茎高、最大叶长、最大叶宽均优于其他处理;以施纯氮105 kg/hm2处理烟叶协调性较好。此外,色素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、还原糖、NR活力、SOD活力等生理生化指标,都随着施氮量的增加而增加。%In 2012, contrast test which compared with the conventional applied fertilizer rate and different N -applied rate were carried out to study the effect of different amount of N -applied on the agronomic traits and physiological and chemi-cal characteristics.The result showed that the growth data of the treatment with N -applied 135 kg/hm2 was more than that of the other treatments , and the growth data of N -applied 75 kg/hm2 treatment was the shortest.Growth data getting long and long with the N-applied rate after transplanted.The agronomic traits of effect leaves , stem circumference , stem height, and length and width of the maximum leaf of N -applied 135 kg/hm2 were advantage over the other treatments.And the treatment of N-applied 105 kg/hm2 has a good coordination and the highest radio of mid -superior leaves , and has the best industrial availability and economic benefits.In addition,the physiological and biochemical indices of pig-ment,proline,soluble protein,reducing sugar,NR activity and SOD activity increased with increasing nitrogen application amount.
