低温和干旱胁迫对结缕草游离氨基酸含量的影响

     

摘要

对野生结缕草WZG43与WZG133进行低温与干旱胁迫处理,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定其叶片的游离氨基酸种类和含量。结果表明,结缕草WZG43和WZG133的叶片中共检测出了14种氨基酸;其氨基酸含量在低温和干旱胁迫下迅速积累,且低温胁迫下的氨基酸积累幅度显著大于干旱胁迫下的氨基酸积累幅度,表明结缕草WZG43和WZG133对4℃低温环境的适应性不如20%PEG模拟干旱胁迫环境的适应性。%Two wild Zoysia (Zoysia japonica Steud.cv.) lines,WZG43 and WZG133,were stressed by low temperature and drought ,and then free amino acid content in leaves were measured by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry.The re-sults showed that 14 kinds of amino acids were detected in leaves of WZG 43 and WZG133.Content of amino acids was in-creased rapidly under low temperature and drought stress ,and the accumulation amplitude of amino acids under low tem-perature stress was bigger than that under drought stress.It showed that tolerance of Zoysia line WZG43 and WZG133 to drought stress treated by 20%PEG was significantly higher than the tolerance to 4℃low temperature stress.
