烤烟外观属性因子及参比样研究探讨

     

摘要

为提高烟叶分级实践操作技能,研究烤烟分级标准的科学性和适用性,从感官分析技术出发,通过建立评价小组,对烤烟外观属性因子进行挖掘和描述词的定义,对不同烟区、不同品种、不同烤次、不同部位、不同颜色烟叶范围的界定,对烤烟属性因子参比样的制作要求、档次设置,以及保管应用方面进行了探讨。%In order to improve the practical operation skills of tobacco grading and examine the scientificity and applicabili-ty of the flue -cured tobacco grading standards,an assessment team was set up to tap into the tobacco appearance property factors based on the sensory analysis technology and the descriptive definitions were provided.Through the definition for the tobacco leaves of different geographical origins,different species,different flue -cured times,different parts and different colors,the paper discussed the making requirements,quality settings and storage application of the reference samples for the tobacco appearance property factors.
