不同浓度吡虫啉对异色瓢虫捕食和繁殖行为的影响

     

摘要

为了解吡虫啉对异色瓢虫捕食和繁殖行为的影响,观察喷施稀释2400、3600、4800、6000倍的吡虫啉药液和清水(CK)后,异色瓢虫的捕食量、取食率、产卵历期和产卵量.结果表明:随着吡虫啉浓度的增加,异色瓢虫的捕食行为减弱、捕食量减少、产卵量减少;但是,喷施稀释6000倍的吡虫啉药液后,异色瓢虫的捕食量和产卵量均大于清水对照处理,说明低浓度吡虫啉药液对异色瓢虫的捕食和繁殖有促进作用.因而,在实际生产中,田间蚜量较大时,可在释放异色瓢虫后,喷施低浓度吡虫啉与异色瓢虫协同防治蚜虫.%In order to understand the influence of different concentration imidacloprid on the predation and reproduction of Harmonia axyridis,the predacious numbers,feeding rate,oviposition period and egg numbers of Harmonia axyridis were observed after spraying 2400,3600,4800 and 6000 times concentration imidacloprid and clean water.Results showed that the predation ability was weakened,and the reproduction was declined as the concentration of imidacloprid increased.But the predation and reproduction ability of harmonia axyridis were promoted by 6000 times imidacloprid.So if the aphid numbers is too high,low dose imidacloprid may be sprayed to control aphids,after releasing harmonia axyridis.
